The service schedule is as follows:

• Fit seat cover and floor mat
• Note customer comments/additional work requests
• Check vehicle details are complete and correct
• Check the operation and security of lighting systems
• Check the correct function of switches and dials
• Check the auxiliary belt condition
• Check the cooling system for leaks
• Test and record antifreeze strength
• Top up coolant level if required
• Test and record battery condition
• Test and record alternator charge rate
• Top up windscreen washer bottle fluid (add screen wash fluid)
• Check windscreen wiper operation and condition
• Check and record brake fluid boil point
• Check brake lines and hoses
• Rolling road brake efficiency test and report
• Check steering joints and linkages
• Check front and rear suspension components
• Check axle and gearbox oil levels (adjust if necessary)
• Replace engine oil and filter
• Check tyre condition and report tread depths
• Adjust tyre pressures
• Check exhaust condition and security
• Carry out a road test, and check for the correct function of all vehicle systems
• Antifreeze strength
• Brake fluid boil point
• Alternator charge rate
• Battery voltage drop test
• Tyre tread depths

• Remove seat covers and floor mats, re-check oil and coolant levels, check/clean greasy marks from bodywork, stamp service book, complete service sheet and job card
